PartnerPoint is part of our commitment to support our partners worldwide with tools and information to market, sell, manage integrate, plan and support ARRIVE products and solutions for our mutual success. The portal is an integral part of the ARRIVE partner program, and designed to help partners better serve their customers, and gain a competitive edge in today’s market.
The ARRIVE PartnerPoint has the following basic content and functions that are available to most partners*:
- Products and Solutions page that provides technical information, sales brief, presentations and design-install information
- Service and Support links to enable partners to create service tickets and product registration, and related ARRIVE support resources
- Business Tools section for list pricing information for products you are authorized to sell, product configurators´ tool, and access to ARRIVE Deal Registration (ADP) page, and marketing fund information
- Training and Certification page that provide information to enable partners to build skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the latest business technology solutions, better serve their customers and stand out from the competition.
- Resources and Tools page to access branding, product marketing information including data sheets and brochures, new product announcements, promotions and campaign information, and a library to download images,logos and other collaterals. The Resources and Tools page also hosts relevant marketing and sales tools such as product tours, briefing center tours, and POC/Demo program information.
